Coat and Tie are required for gentlemen. \nPlease join fellow compatriots and special VIPs as we celebrate Jackson Day in the majestic ambiance of The Maryland Club. \nDuring the social hour\, Golden Bar Selections and hors d’oeuvres will be served.  There will be an open bar honoring our Past President Lt Col. Curtis Carroll Davis. \nOur luncheon menu: \nCream of Crab Soup with Sherry \n– – –\nPAN SEARED ATLANTIC SALMON\nCrème Fraîche Whipped Potatoes\,\nAsparagus\, Fricassee of Fennel &\nLeeks \nPETITE FILET MIGNON\n4 oz. Prime Filet\, Asparagus\,\nCrème Fraîche Whipped Potatoes\,\nMushroom Cap\, Bordelaise Sauce \n– OR – \nGRILLED CAULIFLOWER STEAK (Vegetarian)\nRoasted Mushrooms\, Watercress Whipped Potatoes\, Red\nWine Vegetable Stock Reduction \nAll meals can be prepared gluten free upon request \n~ ~ ~\nOpera Cake\nLayers of Almond Sponge Cake\,\nChocolate Ganache\,\nand Coffee Buttercream \nA brief annual business meeting will follow\, including the induction of new members\, the election of the 2025 slate of officers\, and a presentation from a guest speaker.
